Sales & Media Operations Administrator
Topica, Inc. is the leading provider of complete Online Marketing and Sales Solutions for businesses of all sizes. We are seeking a Sales & Media Operations Administrator to join our team working in beautiful downtown San Francisco. You will be coordinating sales processes, as well as online advertising production. A background in sales or media operations administration is essential. The best candidates will have experience developing and refining sales operations processes.
A critical factor of achievement in this role is a focus on details and process refinement. We are looking for someone that wants to apply creativity and data-driven problem-solving in a proactive manner. You will manage sales contracts, reporting, and processes along side sales and media management professionals.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate assignment of leads, account and contacts among the sales team
- Review, manage, and distribute closed-deal contract packages
- Manage sales collateral, distribution lists, contact lists, departmental data and other documents
- Execute routine Salesforce.com procedures and light administration
- Monitor and coordinate advertising production by our network partners
- Collect media creative, test data and other advertising material from clients, and distribute to partners
- Manage and update campaign status and reporting
- Resolve routine road-blocks to placement and fulfillment of advertising campaigns
Qualifications
- 2+ years sales administration or sales operations experience
- Email marketing or online advertising experience is strongly preferred
- Must be extremely detail oriented driven to improve and refine the process
- Successful candidates will be very high energy, highly-intelligent with a positive attitude and a sense of humor. Flexibility and creativity are valued at Topica
